A Freedom of Thought Webinar

Monday, November 11, 2024

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM ET

While much of our legal system relies on the exercise of private rights of action to achieve justice, the plaintiffs’ bar has historically been the domain of liberal lawyers, while young conservative lawyers have joined the ranks of large law firms defending major corporations. While conservative viewpoints may be well represented in some state attorneys general’s offices, generally conservatives are clustered on one side of the “v.” In recent years, however, the ranks of conservative litigation boutiques have grown. Is there more work to be done for conservative causes beyond suing the government? What does life look like for conservative lawyers pursuing civil litigation on the plaintiff side? What is the future of conservative civil litigation?
